Payment is due at the time of service. We currently accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee.

INSURANCES ACCEPTED AND PAYMENT PLANS
We are in network with Blue Shield PPO plans not managed by American Speciality Health and out of network with all others.
Metzler Chiropractic attempts to take out as much of the “insurance hassle” as possible. We will provide a superbill for all out of network services and will accept HSA and FSA.
NO INSURANCE
We offer unique payment options to fit your treatment and financial obligations. We realize an increasing number of patients do not have insurance, or have plans with limited coverage. Therefore, we have several plans so those patients may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty.
We do not take on PERSONAL INJURY OR AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS
Because we are a small office, we do not accept PI or Auto accident cases because of lack of administrative time and limited scheduling,
